Bg111 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bg111 and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing or using bg111's website, mobile application, or any of its services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register and use bg111's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
• You may not register from any country or jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete personal information.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
• Your account has never previously been closed or banned by bg111.

Account Verification (KYC)

After registration, bg111 may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or birth certificate, along with proof of address. Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC verification is complete.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

• Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are strictly prohibited.
• The source of deposits must be lawful. bg111 may request additional information in cases where the source is unclear.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 12–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the deposit, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
• Weekly withdrawal limits are determined by account tier. Higher limits apply for VIP members.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bg111 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, but the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. This typically ranges from 10x to 30x of the bonus.
• Time Limit: Each bonus must be used within a specified time frame. Once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

11. Dispute Resolution
